Hi....I love this site....
I am planning to travel from Quilin to Xingping then to Yangshuo. Is it safe to hike form along Li River to Xingping? How long will it take? Advisable to stay a nite at Xingping? What can we do there? Is it better to go straight to Yangshuo?

Easy z, it's surely safe. You don't need to stay overnight at Xingping. If you start early from Guilin, it takes only 5-6 hours for the whole hiking. Why not read this tour page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/tour-sz02s.htm
