We will be in Taiwaan April 4th throught the 22th. what kind of weather should we expect? Bring a umbrella?

April is a beautiful time in Taiwan with blooming flowers. The weather is comfortable most of days. Although April is not the traditional rainy season, you'd better take a unbrella in case of the spit and sunshine.
