We (5 )Srilankan passport holders will be traveling to Hainan Haikou for a conference to be held from 15th to 19th March.All (5) are leaving Srilanka on 14th. (3)are traveling via Singapore and (2) are via Hongkong and return journey would be the same.Question (1) Do we need to obtain visa to enter Haikou from Chinese Embassy in Srilanka? Question (2) Do our passports get stamped Visa On Arrival at Haikou Airport? Please note we have already purchased the tickets for the entire journey , paid for the hotel accommodation , booked for tours etc.Appreciate your prompt reply as we are running out of time. If you have book for tours, ask the local travel agent to handle the visa on arrival. I was told China only accept Sri Lanka group to enter. If the travel agent offer the visa service, you should also check if Sri lanka airport allow you to take the flight without a destination visa.
