About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello Sir,

I am a Thai citizen. I have a double entry tourist visa to China. I have already used the entry 1. The 2nd entry has to take place before 12 July. My passeport expires on 15 October - more or less 3 months later only. In this case can i enter China in July (before 12 of course) and stay for 3-4 weeks (30 days maximum of course).?

Thank you for your answer.

Regards

Ms.Phusiri, yes, you can enter China before 12th July and stay for 3-4 weeks because your passport is still valid during your stay in China. The passport with at least 6 months remaining validity is only required when you apply for Chinese visa. When you get Chinese visa, only if the passport is valid, you can enter and stay in China.
