I plan to marry a my girlfriend who lives in Shanghai. I have all the necessary papers translated for the marriage. I need to authenticate these papers. How long does it take to authenticate these papers and how much does it cost? Where do I go to get them authenticated. Thank you.

Mr.Pang, you should send the paper to Belgium Foreign Affaires Ministry for authentication first, then send them to Chinese embassy in Belgium for authentication, it takes 5 working day for Chinese embassy in belgium, teh fee is 20 Euros.
