About:Marriage Registration in China

i want ask about if chinese girl buy house in china then marry with me, so the house will be who side?, automatic change be both of us (like china rules for chinese people) or different rules (must apply first?). please advise, thanks

Mr.Andy, the house will be your wife's property because she bought the house before the marriage registration.
