About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi Ms. Betty,

I am planning to go to China, can I process my visa here, while my ticket will be Kuala Lumpur-China-Kuala Lumpur?(I am holding Malaysia Passport.)

Ms.ANG, I guess that it is possible for Malaysian applicants to apply for Chinese visa in Singapore with flight ticket KL-China-KL if you hold PR, WP, EP, STP or DP. As I know that Filipinos can't apply for Chinese visa in Singapore, they have to return to Philippines for visa application, I don't know the reason, Ms.ANG, do you know the reason?
