About:China Visa

Dear Sir,

Im a Pakistani Passport holder and a busniessman... I have been to china many times... last time i had 6 months multiple entries visa... in which i had to exit within 30 days from china... this January i forgot to take exit after 30 days and when i realized it was already 35 days and saturday so when i went to take the exit ... the immigration people told me that i had to go to Entry and exit control department in Guangzhou... so i went there and they cancelled my valid multiple visa of six months which was suppossed to get expired on Feb 22nd 2010 ... and gave me 10 days visa without fine or anything... i came back to Pakistan and again applied for my visa... here in Karachi the Chinese consulate people say thati cant apply for visa for alteast six months.... I buy regularly around USd500000 worth of goods from China... and my shipments are ready there to inspect so how can i get the visa... i can pay any fine...

Mr.Rehman, there is no other option, you can't apply for Chinese visa for at least 6 months which is the punishment for your overstay in China. I know that you are not purposive, so the immigration officers didin't ask you to pay penalty and give you a 10 days visa.
