i'm malaysia , planing to get china visa   at kuala lumper, how much total charges RM30 OR RM60 ?IF submit monday and can pick up on tuesday.

I hear that the fee for single entry tourist visa has been increased into 60 Ringgits, but I'm not sure, can you send me an assuring answer after you apply for Chinese visa, you can pick it up on Tuesday if pay extra fee for the express service.
