Just came to Harbin and is staying at pingfang on the outskirts. Didn't expect it to be thios cold. Where can I buy warm clothings cheaply and where can I have fun?

welcome to harbin china.you could buy warm clothing at Qiulin, shopping mall,located in center of nangang district,one pieces of thick coat maybe cost you $40~ $80.as for fun, you can visit ice & snow carnival,located near northern banks of songhuajiang river. every taxi driver know the places.i know the places well because i am living in harbin and my apartment is in pingfang district. any other question,email me:<span class="clspost">163.com|myd42857</span>
