Mr.MOHAMMEDALI, in Hong Kong, the Regular service is 4 working days including submission day (e.g. Submission on Monday and collection on Thursday) but I am not sure that you can surly get Chinese visa in Hk, now, it is not easy to obtain Chinese visa as before, maybe you will be asked to show your Hong Kong ID Card. The safe way is to obtain Chinese visa in their own country.
