I am planning to visit taiwan either in November or December.. but i dont know when is the best time to visit.. can advise? how about the weather in this period?I would like to see snowing, when is the best time ya? thanks..

You should not expect to see snow in Taipei, for it is too warm to have snow there. I think November is better to visit for the climate.
