About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi,my mother will be travelling from the Philippines to china via korea, although she has no problem for visas free entry to korea being a HKSAR passport holder but what travel document she needed to apply from embassy of China to be able to enter China from korea since HKSAR passport can't be used as a travel document to enter china.

She should apply for a China Travel Document to enter China at the Chinese embassy in Korea.
