What I am not sure is how to go from Majesty Plaza to the Expo site. Are you able to help/explain?

You may take Line 2 at Renmin Square Station, which is 5 minutes by walking from Majesty Plaza, get off at Jing'an Temple Station, connect Line 7 and get off at Yuntai Road Station, Yaohua Road Station or Changqing Road Station.
