hi...I'm italian, I work for an italian company and i will go in china for many months for business. My girlfriend is russian and lives in St.Petersburg and i want take her with me for about 3-4 months. she is a student at university so doesn't work.I have some questions for you:1) Could be a problem for her obtain chinese visa with one-way ticket? because i know that i'll be in harbin but after i'll move to other cities so i prefer wait before make her ticket for come back to st petersburg...2) Can i make the invitation letter for her when i'll be in china?3) she will stay in hotel room with me so she can't do reservation for the hotel...is it a problem??Thank you very much,i wait for your answer...

Mr.Marco, it she declares to stay in China for about 120 days, and the return fligh ticket can prove her planned stay duration, maybe the visa officer will issue her a visa with 120 days stay duration, I know that someone has gotten such a visa, howerver, the chance is slim. Maybe she just get a single entry permitting 30 days stay duration. I can't find the example of the invitation letter, but I know that you should send the original letter and copy of your passport and visa copy to her address. I guess that if your company can provide you an letter to prove your position, and work in the company, which is also helpful for your girlfriend to apply for Chinese visa. Mr. marco, in fact, I don't agree with the visa rules, if I book the flight tickets, however, my visa application is refused, how can I do? I don't know why such a rule exisit? Applicants should provide the two-way flight tickets when submit the application.
