You should send her an Invitation Letter, the copy of your residence permit and your passport. Besides the requirements, your girlfriend also need to provide:
(1) One duly completed and signed Visa Application Form with a passport photograph attached;
(2) her passport with at least 6-month validity and at least 2 blank visa pages.
(3) two-way flight tickets
