Hi. My name is Tim from the Philippines. I am travelling all around southeast asia this whole month of march. My trip starts on 5 March in Ho Chi Minh. I received an invite from my friend to go and visit Beijing. Since I wont have time to process my Chinese Visa here in Manila, would it be possible to get one in Ho Chi Minh?
