hi ..i am a british citizen..and i am coming to doha on the 3.3.2010..and then will go back to egypt for tow dayes...so i will not have time to get the visa from egypt.....sa what i wana ask..is it ok to get the visa to china from qatar...if yes how long does it take..and what do i need to aply...by the way i have a british pasport

Mr.faiad, there is no simple answer to your question, for Chinese visa application in a third country, in principal, you should hold a residence permit or other certificate which permits you live in Qatar for a long time, sometimes, the Qatar visa is also accepted. however, if you don't need a visa to Qatar, it is useless. You can only use the legal entry stamp to Qatar to have a try. In a word, the visa regulations vary according to the nationalities of applicants, I guess that British citizens can get the Chinese visa in Qatar, Mr. faiad, can you send your feedback to me after you apply for Chinese visa?
