About:Shanghai Weather

I am traveling to Shanghai March 13-18th and not sure what type of clothing to bring along or to pack sweaters or T-shirts, heavy coat or just a rain coat. Can you advise.

The city is controlled by cold air and successive rainfall in this week. It is reported that the day will be fine after March 10, so the temperature could rise up to 10~15 degree C in daytime. My suggestion is that a thin sweater or T-shirt windproof jacket, which are suitable in spring, is ok. You'd better pay attention to the weather forecast in time since the weather is changeful recently.
