Hello. I am a UK Citizen living in Munich, Germany and I have a certificate saying I have the right to live in Germany. I have booked tickets to go to China between July and August 2010. I am flying from London, UK to Beijing and return, but I would like to get my visa in Munich, hopefully at the Consulate there, in person. Is this possible? What are my alternatives if not?
