Ms.ariane218, please pay attention to the previous Chinese visa on your passport, if there are stamped visas on your passport, you are regarded as the first time China visa applicants, you have to provide lots of documents. Only the visa stickers on your passport are helpful for your application. I guess that you get the stamped visas because you applied for visa through the agency before. You will not be denied just because there are extension of stay in Shanghai on your passport.
