can i get registration form for expats online?

Mr.oswaldo alvaran, All Filipinos may register at the Filipino Consulate General or embassy in China. Please fill out form, attach passport copy and submit to Filipino consulate or embassy in China, you can download the Registration Form from the Consulate General of Philippines in Shanghai.
