Dear Sir, I have apply for china visa to do business in Guandong, and the visa will expire on 7th April 2010, but I will like to leave hear in Ghana on 1st April 2010, to do my business and I will stay for 14days but I have a duration of stay of 30days I hope there is no problem. hope to hear you soon

Mr.Omsan Ileyasu, yes, you can use this visa to enter China on 1st April 2010 and stay for 14 days. In fact, the visa is valid until 7th April 2010, and you can also stay in China for 30 days counted from the date of entry.
