About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi! I'm a Belgian citizen and I arrived in China on February, 20th, 2010. I'm holding a visa X. I started the procedure to obtain a temporary residence permit (I registered at the local Police station). Unfortunately, I have to go back to Belgium quickly (my mother died) and I'll never come back to China. Can I go back to Belgium without any supplementary document?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Mrs.Ding, I have much sympathy for you, sorry to hear such a news! You can go back to Belgium if you have the Belgium paspsort, if your original paspsort is submitted for temporary residence permit, you can take it back, but you also should pay for the temporary residence permit.
