About:Mount Huashan

I'm headed Xian in May. Is Mt. Huashan worth a day trip? If so, what is the best day schedule?

A day trip? I am afraid that you will not have much fun if you do so. I suggest you climb the mountain at night and then watch the sunrise at the East Peak. Then you can visit other peaks if you want. Finally, you can get down by taking the cable car at the North Peak. So you might need two days to have a wonderful trip.
