Dear Ms Alice,

would you be so kind to answer me some questions regarding some visa information.
i have a travel agency in Romania , and we have operate a group travelling in India-Nepal-Tibet-China. I was told that we can obtain Chinese visa directly in Nepal ( by me Chinse partner and also from my Indian partner) , but i just need to be sure about the price for this visa ( from Kathmandu we fly to Lasha and then Beijing & mainland China). is it 42 USD/per pers or more? and would the tourist need any further documentation ( photos, bank extras, etc).
your help and support will be hightly appreciated as we do have many groups in China!

Mrs.Andra Antonie, except applicants from Nepal and USA, the fee for group visa is USD 26 per person. However, you should get the Tibet Entry Permit for your group, it is free. Your tour members should take their original passport and one paspsort photo, when you apply for group visa, the list of tour members, travel itinerary, invitation letter from an authorized Chinese government unit. I hear a bad news, but I don't know whether it is true or not, aliens who get a Chinese visa Nepal and Tibet Entry Permit can't go to other places except Tibet, you'd better check it.

Hereunder is the comment of Mr.Jiri Preclik(Czech Republic) said:

Hello, I and my girlfriend would like to travel from Kathmandu to Lhasa and then to inland China, where we would like to stay for about 2 months. We aim to get a Tibet permit in Kathmandu and then apply for Chinese visa. But we were told, it was not allowed to travel with Chinese visa issued in Kathmandu further beyond Tibet.
