Mr.bong, you should obtain the Police Clearance in China from the police station which has jurisdiction over your former residence in China, then go to the a local Notary Office to translate it into English, then send to Filipino Embassy in beijing to apply for authentication.

Mr.bong, yes, you should go to the police station in Shekou to get the police clearance certificate. You can send it to the Filipino Consulate in Guangzhou for authentication.

Hi there once again, I'd like to ask you once more? does it mean in need to go to three different department or bureau? Public Security Bureau, Notary Public Bureau and the Philippine consulate or Philippine embassy for Authentication. Do you have any idea how much would be the total cost? Thank you very much for your kind help.
