About:Harbin Weather

Hi, We are visiting this first week of March. I'll be with my parents, and i'm hoping they get to see snow for the first time. Is first week of March still a good month to expect snowfall? or is there a good location in harbin where you can still see snow on the streets?

There is still snow in early March. I am not sure if you can see snow in street for it may be melting if the weather is warmer. According to the weather report, it is going to snow on March 4. You can see snow if you can get there at that time. The temperature is -20degrees, keep warm.
