some help please.  i need to get from HK airport to TST  is it best to take express train to central and then train to TST or is it easier to get off and change trains before central

If you get off earlier, that should be Kowloon, and you have to take bus to TST for Kowloon do not hace train connection to it. Kowloon is nearer to TST anway. If you are going to a hotel in TSM, there may be free shuttle bus at Kowloon station to the hotel directly, or at least nearby.
