Ni hao! I have been offered a job in China and I would like to know whether my future husband is entitled to get a working permit too once we are married. Thank you!

Ms.Patricia, your future husband can't get a work permit even though you get married. However, after you get married, your husband can apply for work visa as your accompanying family members. He doesn't need to get the work permit, he just needs to provide the marriage license, his passport, one completed visa application form affixed with one recent passport photo, the copy of your work visa and temporary residence permit.
