About:China Visa on Arrival

Started from 9th December, 2009, aliens can apply for visa on arrival at the Tianjin Airport in 30 minutes if they are in the situations listed above, the visa fee is 160 RMB

Hi Ms. Lilian,
is there any conuntry restrictions to obtain a china visa upon arrival? my family are from Philipines.. I am holding a resident visa in huizhou, is there something i can do for them to be granted a visa? thanks..
