About:Korla Travel

Hey,
wikipedia says that there is limited internet conection in Korla. Is that right?
and... do you know what are the living expences?

It true that the Internet hasn't covered the whole region of Korla curretly. But, in downtown area, you could find internet at these star-rated hotels, residential district and internet bars.

Thanks for the info!

Im planing to move there to teach English. Ive even found a job. Do you know what are the basic living costs? something like..... cheap reastaurant, food on the market and things.
Maybe you also know if there is any chance to find students for private lessons (maybe you know whats the price for private english class?)

living expense is not so expensive ,it takes about 1000RMB around for food in moth if you dine out in restuarant ,500RMB for renting nice apartment for month , not exact I mean around . there was no internet access here in whole Xinjiang ,but From May on it is possible ,completely restored ,

Nick,

Did you end up moving to Korla? I've been offered a teaching job there, but I'm concerned about how remote it is. Any info on your experience there would be greatly appreciated.
