About:Embassy of Nigeria in China

I am Nigeria in China now, unfortunately, I lost my passport yesterday.
What should I do to make me still stay in China, because I still have un-finished business in China.

Please report to the lost of passport to the nearest Chinese police station and get an offical Lost Report, then go to Nigerian Embassy in Beijing to apply for a new passport or temporary travel document, if you don't keep the copy of your passport, it will takes a long time to issue you a new passport, because your information should be checked by the Nigerian embassy.

If I did so, how long can I still stay in China? Will I get the new passport in China? How about the China visa, can I get it in China too?

Mr.austino, do you keep the copy of your passport and Chinese visa? If you keep them, you can get a new Nigerian passport in China, then apply for a new Chinese visa by using your new passport, the stay duration is up to your new Chinese visa.
