I am offered a job in china. my work has sent me doucments that i need to apply for Z visa. i am in ukraine, I am australian citizen, maybe embassy in Ukraine will not process my visa here. my work told me to enter hong kong and i can get that processed easily there. i am willing to do this if i have to, but I am hoping I can get that done in ukraine.  my wife is ukranian and she needs visa for hong kong and china. at the moment i don't have z visa. how can i get a visa to china or hong kong for her, regardless of L or Z.  we want to enter china together. how difficult to get a visa for her? what we need for her?

Mr.James, you can go to Chinese embassy in Ukraine to apply for work visa for you and your wife together, maybe the Chinese embassy in Ukraine can issue visa for you and your wife, then you don't need to go to Hong Kong, your wife don't need to apply for HK visa, you can save much cost. Now, you have all the required documnents for work visa, if you can work visa, your wife can also get work visa or tourist visa as accompanying family member. She just need to provide the marriage license besides her passport and one completed visa application form attached with one recent passport photo.
