About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

can i rent an apartment in shenzhen if i am only on a tourist visa?

can i show the apartment lease agreement to the immigration officer in case they ask for my hotel reservation--because i don't have one, i am planning to stay for more than 3weeks and then come back again...

Ms.Jane, Hotel reservation / invitation letter with a copy of the inviter's valid chinese residence visa and passport information page of inviter's or Chinese national identity card is required when you apply for Chinese visa rather than the apartment lease agreement.
