About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Hi,

I am told that while in China I need permission from Hangzhou (the capital of Zhejiang province) to visit the Wenzhou Children Welfare institute. (the orphanage in Wenzhou). Do you know how, or who,or what address I can do this.

Ms.Wilma, you should get the permission from the Zhengjiang Provincipal Civil Affaires Administration Bureau in Hangzhou, the addrss is No.32, Baoti Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou
