About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Dear Sir/Mdm ,
I am a Malysian , planning to go China in early March 2010 , I have few questions to ask ,
1) Can I apply the entry visa from the China Embassy in Singapore ?
2) What are the necessary documents I need to bring along ?
3) How long it take to process the visa ?
4) How much I have to pay ?

Hi Mr.Bill,

Thanks for reply. I called China Embassy but the call just transfer here and there, end up there is no one pickup the phone at all. They are very not user-friendly.

1) if you can provide documents that entitle you to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP, you can apply for Chinese visa in Singapore
2) the following documents are required for Chinese tourist visa:
1. One completely filled out visa application form. No item should be blank .
2. One recently taken 2X2 inch photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.
3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
4. Round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation. Application for visiting family or friends should provide certificate of relationship.
5. PR, WP, EP, STP, DP
3) It takes 4 working days
4) The visa vary according to entry numbers, 50 Singaporean dollars is charged for single entry visa.
