It is faster to take D trains from Shanghai South Railway Station to Shaoxing, within 2 hours. Take express bus from Shaoxing Bus Center to Yiwu, 2 hours. No direct train and flight from Yiwu to Quanzhou. It takes 10 hours by bus. If you do not want to spend such a long time on a bus, you can fly or take train to Fuzhou and then take bus to Quanzhou (2.5 hours bus ride) then. Take bus from Quanzhou to Guangzhou (no direct train and flight connection either), 8-10 hours. Or you can get to Xiamen first and then take train or airplane to Guangzhou.
