About:China City Guide

I'll be going to Beijing on Feb24 from Singapore. Is it better to change my Singapore dollars to CNY when I get to Beijing or before my trip? The current rate today is 100 CNY = 20.746 SG$

it is 100CNY=20.65SG Dollar today. I think you shoud change some money before going.
