Ocean Park to Victoria Peak: Take No. 629 bus back to Admiralty and then take MTR to Central. Then get out at J2 Exit and go to the Peak Tram Terminus to take peak tram to get to Victoria Peak.

Victoria Peak to Ramada Hotel: You can take the peak tram back to Central and take MTR (Tsuen Wan Line) to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Then walk 5 minutes to Ramada Hotel.

Thanks Andy for your swift reply. So are you suggesting that I just squeeze Victoria Peak into our Ocean Park tour? Say Peak in the morning then on to Ocean Park? What is the best time to visit Victoria Peak, during the day or night time?

Also, we are having a side trip to Macau, can you suggest an itinerary. I don't think we can tour the whole place in a day. What are the "must not miss" spots in Macau. Thanks for your help.

Dear Andy,

Would you suggest Chungking Mansion, we plan to experience the place. I was told that this is a pocket friendly hostel but is it safe as well? Do you know someone from there? Thanks

Ms.Brenda,

I don’t know anyone from Chungking Mansion. The hostels there are indeed cheap but I don’t suggest you live there. The surrounding condition is complicated. People from different regions stay there so that I don’t think it is a very safe place to lodge.

You can head for the Victoria Peak after you visit the Ocean Park. I just heard that the night view at the peak was enchanting. You may go there during the night. But don’t be too late. The wax museum closes at 22:00.
