Could we be compatible?

My DOB is 01 13 1988
His DOB is 07 17 1986

I am wondering if we could be compatible and whether there is a chance that we could work out in the long run. I have been having a lot of bad luck the past two years and was wondering if 2010 would be a better for me.Also I was wondering how his career path would be like for this coming since he is planning to start his own business.
