hello every body, i need to apply to china under chines government scholarships.

Hello Every Body, I need to apply to China under Chines Government scholarships. But the online application is asking me to provide Agency Number. I am confused, should I provide the agency Number for the University to which am I applying (Huazhong University of Technology ) or for the university that represents me to study in China (Haramaya University)? please give me some guidelines if you already did before. 10Q
