About:China Visa on Arrival

i have to join ship from china, on 8 march, in mean time i have to be there in singapore for some reason, can i get visa on arrival , the required arragement can be done
from local agent at china

You have to hold the letter(s) or telegram(s) from authorized units in China and you are in any of the situations above, otherwise, you can't get a visa on arrival.
