About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Dear Sir
I am Sri Lankan PP holder having visited china once before in 2006, I not employed now a chinese company has decided to appoint me as their agent to market their products to the apparel industry in sri lanka. They are inviting me to an interview and training to china for a few days, They are sending me an invitation related to this and the cost also will be met by them how do I get about getting a single entry visa to china in this context.

You can apply for Chinese single entry tourist visa by providing
A. One completed visa application form;
B. One recent passport sized photo;
C. A valid original passport with blank pages.
D. Invitation Letter from this company
E. Travel information including the booking of airline ticket and itinerary in China
F. Other documents required by visa officers.

I still have one question. The local travel agent is insisting that I need a RED STAMP on a visa notification letter from the competent office of the Chinese Government can you explain this please, Thanks

Mr.Andrew Soyza, according to your statement, now the local travel agency are going to apply for Business Visa (F visa) for you, yes, the RED STAMP on the visa notification letter from the competent office of Chinese government is required,
your employer Chinese company can apply for it for you, then send it to you for visa application

PS: In fact, an original visa notification letter an official invitation letter from a duly authorized Chinese organization in China, namely, Ministries and Commissions of the State Council, the Government of all Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Foreign Affairs Offices and Bureaus of Economy and Commerce thereunder, and departments and units recognized by the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China
