About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Can I apply for a Chinese VISA in Japan as a tourist? (I can stay 90 days without a VISA in Japan, and I would continue my trip to China).

Mr.Szakacs, as I know, the Chinese embassies or consulates in Japan ask applicants from other countries to provide valid Japanese visa or alien registration, however, you don't need a visa to visit Japan, so this is contradictory. Therefore, I suggest that you can use the legal entry to Japan stamped on your passport by the immigration officers to apply for Chinese visa, have a try!
