About:Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia

I am applying for the China scholar ship in Mathematics. While I fill the form I am asked to fill the Agency number. But I don't know what it is. My preferences are:
1. Beijing international studies university
2. Shanghai international studies university
3. Hanan university.
So would you please send the numbers.Besides Could you please write how I can write these numbers in one form?
