About:Visa Policy of China

Hi, I am a Singaporean passport and I wish to apply for work visa in Suzhou, China. However, my company has been facing problem in applying for the visa and the government has been rejecting our application. I will be working from thic coming March till July. Please do advice me on what I can do to attain a successful visa application as this matter is rather urgent and very important to me. I appreciate any forms of assistance. Thank you in advance!

Ms.Tan, there is no other option if the Labor Bureau refuses your application, in principal, your employer should apply for a Employment Permit from the Ministry of Labour or the State Administration, then you can apply for work permit at the local Public Security Bureau, however, your company face problems at the Labor Bureau.
