i overstayed in china one day.I went to psb to apply for an extension of visa .how many days or weeks probably they will gave me for an extension. do i need to pay for the penalty?thanks

Ms.juls, how do you solve your problem, as i know, if you go to the local Public Security Bureau to apologize for your 1 day overstay, it is not a serious thing, you can still apply for extension of your visa. If you treat it in a good manner, the police will forgive it and issue you a new visa for more days of stay in China.
