The information I am reading here is very inconsistent to say the least! Some say it will take 15 hours to get from Hainan island and some say three nites and four days?? Some say boats are available ,others say not available for the end of Febuary?.....SO ...Can we get from Hainan island to Vietnam via Halong Bay?? Where from[port]? What dates are available around the end of Febuary? How long is the trip? And what is the cost please? Thank you ...Dean
