About:Tongren Travel

I'm in Shanghai in the first week of March to work. After that I have two more weeks of holiday in China. I would like to visit the mountains/ countryside for a trekking of a few days, and maybe visit another city, like Beijing.
Can someone advise about good trekkings or a possible itinerary?
